A: Our products are exported to over 40 countries and regions including Chile, Guyana, Bolivia, Argentina, USA, Australia, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Canada, and South Africa, etc., well and universally received by clients. In order to better serve customers, we have set up an office in Chile and Mongolia. 

Q3: Are you a trading company or manufacturer? 

A: We are a manufacturer with two plants.

Q4: How long is your delivery time? 

A: Generally it is 3-8 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 7-30 days if the goods are not in stock, 
It is according to quantity. 

Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra? 

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. 

Q6: What are your terms of payment? 

A: Payment<=2,000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2,000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, 
Balance before shipment.
